I placed an order for an X5L Gen2 green laser light and flashlight combo. What I got instead was a XTL green flashlight with no laser whatsoever and that also would not fit my PPQ M2.

I thought it would be no big deal to return it for the right light, but the RMA forms won't allow me to progress any further to submit my exchange.

I thought it might just be a glitch but after dozens of refreshes and restarts, IT STILL will not allow me to proceed. So it looks like I'll be stuck with a useless green flashlight unless they answer my messages sometime soon.
