I ordered items in febuary 2018 i called more than 3 times to make sure my order would be fulfilled because i would order from the manufacturer and was told on many occasions not to cancel my order. I checked with the manufactures website and was on an e mail list from the manufacturing company.
I know the items were in stock several times from then until my order was cancelled by your company.
Thing is - item is no longer made after may 20 2018 so you just cancel my order and say- oh sorry. You are a very sorry company

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this issue may have caused.Since many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer/distributor, availability of products is not always immediately known. When we receive an update, it posts on our website. If a manufacturer discontinues production of an item, we do everything we can secure stock from the manufacturer and other distributors/warehouses. We then fulfill orders in a first come, first serve basis.
Unfortunately, this means that some customers with backorders may not ultimately receive the product and OpticsPlanet is forced to cancel the order.Again, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. I was on the manufacturers e mail update list I know the items were in stock multiple times between the inception of my order and the cancellation from your slack bunch of "sales associates" who told me on multiple occasions not to cancel my order with you and go manufacturer direct. You're sorry is right but that don't fix *** Y'all suck
Don't make me start attaching the e mails between opticsplanet.com and me. Do something to make me a happy customer. You know who I am fix it.
