10/1 charged rifle scope as gift , 10/9 order shows out for delivery from fedex and return to sender?Call Optics Planet and told it will delivery 10/9, called back 10/10 told "logistics" would track it and e-mail me.

No e-mail, called 10/11 told same story after pushing man said "logistics" was checking but thye had 14 days to find the missing package. said 10/15 it would be reshipped if lost. Called 10/15, no info avail put on hold for 10 min. Called back 10/15 couldn't get same person so started over.

Girl started to give me old tracking #, put me on hold came back and said needed to start a track request with "logistics" that's when i asked for a supervisor. Put on hold again no one came back.

I hung up and called the bank and had them cancel the credit card payment.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen, Spoke to 6 people with no information available.wouldn't take something free from them.

Monetary Loss: $60.
